Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on arvanaindia2020@gmail.com

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners

All this is done to empower you to make the most educated decision before making your purchase since once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer in many cases and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.

Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

In cases of our product having a defect, kindly send us images of the defect to arvanaindia2020@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of receiving the package. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps, if this qualifies for a replacement. Note that we do not offer a return in this case. Do mention your order number in this email.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
